With Food Kollen, you get full control of the nutritional content of your food. You can easily search among over 2,000 Swedish food and create your own meals. Food Kollen displays provide an overview of how much energy, calories, protein, fat, carbohydrate and dietary fiber as well as vitamins, minerals, cholesterol, salt, alcohol and much more that the food contains.
You can simply add together several foods and create their own meals. Food Kollen calculates the nutritional content of your entire meal.
Food database contains over 2,000 Swedish food. The database contains detailed information on the nutritional values based on analyzes carried out by the NFA. For each ingredient are over 50 nutrient values.
